Really great experience. Ran into a bunch of car issues and found myself needing a new car. Went in to just start the process and worked with our salesperson. She was amazing. Very straightforward and knowledgeable. I came in with what I thought was a check engine alert. It was actually a tire pressure alert. The service advisor then checked the pressures, finding three of four low, and he put air in each one. He told me to watch and see if the light came on again. Because three tires were involved he didn't think I had a nail as the problem but rather the weather and cold temperatures. I asked about an oil change, and he said it could be done today… The service advisor was very helpful and I really appreciated his candor and willingness to help me with my situation. He was very courteous, professional and empathetic. I'm grateful!
